Women’s Retreat Photography in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
Sunrise Yoga, Ocean Dips, and Soulful Moments Captured
This September, I had the absolute joy of documenting a beautiful women’s retreat in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The event unfolded across a cozy private home and the serene shoreline—creating the perfect setting for deep rest, personal growth, and connection. As a photographer, these are the kinds of stories I live to tell: real, meaningful moments that matter.
The weekend was filled with sunshine, salt air, and the kind of energy that just makes you breathe deeper. Each morning started with sunrise yoga and meditation right on the beach—peaceful, grounding, and moving to witness. As the sun came up over the ocean, a pod of dolphins even swam by.
The beautiful home the retreat was hosted in.Back at the house, the group gathered for workshops and journaling sessions focused on self-discovery. There was this quiet magic in the air as women shared openly, reflected inward, and supported each other through it all. The space was styled with gorgeous fresh flowers and cozy, thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and inviting. Flowers were provided by the wonderful Ting Flower Atelier - https://www.instagram.com/tingfloweratelier
The food? Incredible. Think: colorful, nutrient-rich meals and delicious mocktails served with love. The vibe was calm, radiant, and refreshingly slow-paced—giving everyone the space to just be. Between sessions, there were dips in the ocean, walks along the shore, and lots of heartfelt conversation.

What stood out most was the connection. You could feel it—women holding space for each other, laughing together, and letting their guards down. It was such an honor to be there capturing it all behind the scenes.
Anna Kulbaski and her mom, Laura, were the powerhouses behind this retreat. I had the pleasure of photographing one of their sunrise yoga sessions before the retreat, that way they’d have a great gallery of relevant and on-brand photos to promote the retreat. We knew we were the perfect fit for each other that morning. Absolutely love these ladies and I cannot wait for their next retreat!
